Just got home for drive threw and this is what I got for my French fries. The fries were soggy and kind of cold. Not what I expected for my meals since 2 meals cost almost 30 bucks. I used to love Wendy's but with this kind of service I doubt I will be going back to this location. Also I asked for my receipt and they said oh its in the bag and low an behold it was not there. Other wise I would have taken there survey this time around.

I go to this Wendy’s quite frequently, Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food places but this location is awful most of the time. Some days when it seems a different manager is there it runs really smoothly but most times you will sit in a 30 minute drive through line and they’ll still forget something or give you something completely wrong.
Like I said, some days it’s great but most days it’s not
Go to the Wendy’s down by Home Depot unless you want to be disappointed.

The GM is such a wonderful lady. Sweet, attentive and supportive of her employees. It was refreshing to see. And she hooked me up. Wonderful experience. The food was warm and balanced. Not too much or too little of anything. Highly recommend.

I never have issues here at this location on 162nd . Thank You for having such a GREAT TEAM . My order is seldom complicated and there are times that it has been , and again , I've received everything I've ordered. ❤️ & Best of ALL ... I drink lots of FRESH BREWED TEA. They always have it ready at this location. THANK YOU 😊

Wendy's chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite!! This particular Wendy's always has thin, room temp chicken sandwiches. Every. Single. Time. I don't have this problem at any other Wendy's location. The staff seems friendly though.

Manager was so overwhelmed. So understaffed and such a mean person about it. Wasn’t apologetic about the circumstances and I left along with another guy prior to ordering. Was told kiosk only asked one question and she went off on me because of how many people were inside and how behind they were. We are human but that was unfortunate.

4 Stars, fast food isn't just "fast food" because no matter the processed foods or whatever, you still need to know how to cook and serve. Employees were nice, and the QR code on the self serve drink machine is nice. However, there was a lot of flies. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I would rather not have a fly trying to land on my food when eating in the lobby. Please fix this issue.

Was there at 130 and was refused to take a order unless you Do it yourself at the kiosk And the kiosk doesn't take cash worst customer service ever so if you want to do their job and not pay cash this is the place for you will definitely go somewhere where they are more friendly and want my busness
