Mcdonald's

I have never had a good experience at this McDonald's. It just has never happened. Their crew is not trained properly and they don't know how to greet you or take your order correctly. They ALWAYS miss something! They either miss a sandwich, forget dipping sauces or don't understand what "No Pickle" means. I get parked/ pulled forward the majority of the time and fries are rarely fresh. I call back to complain or get a refund and their excuses are always the same. "Oh it's because it is very busy, oh our coworkers are probably distracted sorry". Whether it's busy or not, they always have an excuse or they just simply give you attitude. And don't bother asking for ice cream. Their machine HAS to be sanitized in the middle of the day at lunch time. That's a great time to do it!

While we ate our meal we noticed the tables being cleaned right after diners finished, the floors being swept, and an unexpected crowd of customers speedily and politely served. This location has little touches throughout that show it is well managed and cared for. Uncommon for a McDonald's lately! Good job!

I'm sure McDonald's doesn't care because they're huge and people are going to keep coming here anyway so why bother right. I came to McDonald's tonight because I just worked 15 hours and I didn't want to cook dinner and I thought I'll get a treat for my family! So after ordering the meal and taking it home I get it home to realize that it's missing half the food. So I have to drive back to the store leaving my food to get cold, pick up the missing items which they then tried to charge me for again. And now I'm going home to eat my cold meal that I probably should have never picked up to begin with. Thank you McDonald's for making it easier for me not to come here next time

Literally if I could Give zero stars I would. I'm a door dasher and they said pull to the second window to get our order so we go to the window that has a 2 above it and sit there for like so or so min. Then have to pull back around to let them know and they want us to pull to the window that has a 1 above it. Mind you there phone was straight busy for the whole time. So. I guess there phone don't work either. Probably should not do door dash if you don't know how to as a corporation. Literally worst McDonald's 😪

The grandkids love McDonald's, but I can honestly say this trip was awful. This poor man in front of us was waiting on a carmel frappe before we ordered and he waited 20 minutes after before it came to the counter. We ordered at the kiosk because no one was at the counter. It took 35 minutes to get 1 order. Had to remind them to give us the drink. Glad I wasn't in a hurry!

Best customer service goes to Shane! Who is usually positioned at the drive thru window! Very kind, fast and efficient! He knows how to work and apply those annoying/ contradicting McDonald discount codes and make last minute changes to your order without having to call up management and take up a lot of time! Great job problem solving Shane and getting the line going very smoothly! Thank you so much from my kids and I lol.

I am 66 years old retired from K.C. P.H. dealing with people and I have never had a manager and employee who practically discriminated a customer from using their rest room . Hopefully he will never TAKE WATER PILL IN THEIR LIFETIME. we bought a 2 burgers to go and the employee was non stop disrespecting us , Including the manager. We paid and left. Never in my life that I will go to this establishment. They need to learn from Jollibee were everybody is greeted with a smile and respect.
