The sweet person taking my order was clearly new but she was very thorough in making sure our order was 100% correct. Her communication and patience was commendable and her team was also working hard to make sure she was well supported and our drinks were perfect. The cafe was also spotlessly maintained during the morning rush. Please keep up the great work and be kind to eachother.

As always, you get the great service and consistency of Starbucks and their menu at every location, this joint makes no exceptions.

The place is remarkably conducive to relaxation and very clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the employees very nice but the heating is not well acclimatized to the outside temperature versus the need to heat the surface of the business. The air conditioning and the interior heating should be adapted to the outside cold because it is very uncomfortable for the customers otherwise The place is really very sincerely pleasant and well run I highly recommend it.

Really nice location to sit at and study. Has great seating and lots of outlets which is much appreciated.
10 minutes before 6pm (closing time I was well aware of) I was reminded to leave. Then 5 minutes before closing I was hovered over by one of the staff, I guess waiting to put my chair up? She signalled me to leave multiple times and made me feel really uncomfortable by standing right by me (I left a minute or two BEFORE 6pm). If the store has a closing time of 6pm there's no reason to make a customer feel uncomfortable before this. I've worked many retail/customer service jobs and management would have never allowed this, very odd. Maybe Starbucks management needs to pay workers after 6pm to finish up cleaning for customers that leave at that time (if that's why they were in such a rush)?

All the amazing things about Starbucks can be said about this one. Staff are friendly, clean location, great drinks etc... I have yet to be bothered by homeless people here for change.

The baristas were rude, passive-aggressive and condescending. And they put 2 pumps of syrup in my tall instead of 3.

Went in at 5:40pm when they were supposed to close at 6pm. It was empty, and a female employee was cleaning near the entrance, so I asked if they were open. She told me they were closed, and then directed me to the bathrooms. That was strange since I hadn't asked about the bathrooms. The stranger thing was that a whole bunch of other customers went in after me, and it looked like they were being served? Not sure what was going on but I don't think I'll be back to this location.
