second time through the drive-thru, food is still fresh hot and amazing. 5 stars. First of all super fast drive-thru, friendly service and the food was fresh and hot. And the $5 biggie bag is definitely a great value

Woman at drive through RUDE when I said I thought my order was missing an item and then this is what was in my bag when I got home.
OLD, BURNT and DRIED OUT...inedible.
Spent nearly $30 for a bag of burgers which was only good for tossing in the garbage.
Wendy's used to be the BEST.
It is sad to see them going in this direction.

Enjoyed the chili cheese baked potato, and was glad they have more healthy options, including sugar free soda pop choices--I liked the lemonade Sprite or 7up. Another time enjoyed the SW roasted chicken avocado salad, includes bacon, etc.

The night crew used to be great. Fast hot food and my order was always correct. Not so anymore. In fact it's the opposite. I had to stop going there for my lunchtime because they were so slow and my food was now reliably cold and not what I ordered. What a shame.

The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful.
They did forget some little things like dipping sauces on our big order, but did a great job.
I was impressed they had Braille menus to read (extensive Braille menu too). Always a plus in my book.

Had an order messed up two weeks ago (we've all been there) and forgot to write the ticket number down. The manager working evening shift was more than helpful regardless and managed to get everything solved beyond agreeable. A+ cleanliness!

Definitely a Wendy's you will some of the time get what you order but we have had many time where we had to return for items they had forgotten.
The worst thing about knowing they consistently mess up drive through orders is driving away without checking the bags. Happened again today, wrong type of nuggets and missed half the stuff for a salad.
When we called to tell them they messed up and that this happens all the time their response was "we are just human"... The expectation is that orders are filled according to what was ordered. If working at Wends is so complicated that the human condition prevents acurate order fulfillment you should shut down till a workable business model can be implemented.

Convenient location, but very busy during meal hours. There is an App if you like to earn rewards, but it's faster to order right there. Good drink selection, and lots of seating.
