Ihop

It’s the worst place ever. I’m here with my family and we had to wait from 11:10 to … now is 1:45 is still waiting. All staffs on the table are so dirty and places too. Good are bad and the service looks like board and they want customers just leave. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Don’t waste ur money. Finally, we just got our food. Oh, The food is not as they described in the menu and It’s really disgusting the hair is in the fries. We called the server and she said to bring her glasses to see. Then, she sent another service and she came to make sure. Weird restaurant. We left the restaurant without eating and paid them for nothing.

In the past we had stopped going to this location due to bad service. But after our visit tonight, I have changed my mind. We had no wait when we got there. The staff were quite nice. The food was amazing. But our server Kyle was the best part. He took such good care of us. He was quite busy as he seemed he was the only server on our side of the restaurant. But not once did we feel forgotten about. He never seemed to rush any of the customers. He treated everyone as if they had his undecided attention while also keeping track of the other tables. Kyle is an amazing server and I hope he realizes how much he makes a difference to others.

We came to this IHOP for the first time recently. Our family is from a different state and we relocated here. I give this IHOP a 5 out of five. My kids and I keep seeing the IHOP commercials those yummy looking pancakes, the gorgeous breakfast and we kept meaning to come here. One day after work and they got out of school I said, you know what let's head to IHOP. This is our nearest IHOP and I think this is our only IHOP in Vancouver, although I could be wrong. Nicest wait staff. Took our order, right away. He brought it out in a nice and speedy manner. The food was perfect, absolutely perfect hot fresh delicious. After seeing those commercials for a few months it tasted just as good, if not better than we imagined, it was amazing. We used to go to IHOP in our old State all the time, Colorado. We're already planning to go back to this IHOP this coming week.

Relative and I came here for dinner. He ordered the eggs and sausage link combo and I ordered the eggs and ham combo. Service sucked. Waitress only came by twice. Once to see if we were ready and again when we were ready to order. Never came back until it was time to pay. Food sucked as well. Everything she brought out was cold

Took the family and friends today for lunch. After waiting 20 min to be seated. We ordered and after 40 min still no food. Then was told they where out of an item I ordered. 40 mims later. To top it off my husband watched one of their line cooks come straight out of a bathroom stall not washing hands and going right back to cooking. Let's say after that we took off. NOT WASHING HANDS IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND NOT FOLLOWING FOOD HANDLERS POLICY!! Also if your out of an item you should probably let the person know before they order and waited 40 min. Not going back to this location!!

Short wait time to get a table. After that, poor service. 10 minutes till we were able to order. After a 30 minute wait, food was room temp when served. Some confusion as who was to be our server. Asked for another serving of the endless pancakes, but after 15 minutes waiting, decided to just get our check. As we were leaving they offered the pancakes 😆... No thanks.
