Starbucks

No pictures, but a very nice, polite, and professional staff! The coffee and my breakfast sandwich was good. The establishment was clean. From what I can see, there was one plug in for any type of electronics.If my wife has business here again, I would definitely come here to wait for her. I came in today to get two drinks. I had to repeat both my orders about 4 times. The employee seemed new and wasn’t trying to get the hang of things. But there were two other employees not stepping in and helping him… just watching him struggle. I waited and both my drinks were completely made wrong and tickets were wrong also. I asked for an extra shot in a frap and it had 4 extra shots?? And my total was like $16 for two drinks. It’s was just a mess…

I have literally traveled across the country. I have been served at probably 100 or more different locations. I walked out with the BEST drink I've had to date. I get 6 blonde shots so it's hit or miss if my drink ends up bitter from the bar, and there's usually some tart/bitter quality to my drink in general but this is the smoothest creamiest and well made Starbucks drink I've ever been served. I ain't even mad that there's no drive thru.

Occasionally I have drank a dark brew from this place and it tastes like there was seven mice in the original recipe and it didn't carry over very well in America. Because in Italy where the coffee comes from I think there was probably more mice in just in the general area and that probably added to how the coffee tastes. But like I was saying it's okay and also sometimes the bartista gives me eight

This Starbucks is wonderful! The staff are amazing! They get your order right every time and don't treat you like your drink is an inconvenience or too high maintenance as some do. They really boogie and work at a fast pace when they get busy, and it seems like they truly love their job. You can just tell the morale is high and the vibe is upbeat and positive. The only downside, (if any) is that they don't have a drive thru at this location and parking is sometimes limited. This is a really busy shopping plaza that includes several shops and restaurants. Therefore, the parking situation can sometimes mean you might have a very short walk. If you are going to meet up and get coffee with a friend inside, it's a great location! Overall, 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because customer service is a huge influence to me as well as a great vibe.

I wanted a pumpkin spice steamer, but it wasn't available so I asked for caramel apple spice cider. I think the store didn't have the spice. What made the visit 5 star was the guy who waited on me. Realizing I'd asked for two drinks and couldn't have either, he suggested an alternative which I decided to try. He made the effort to come up with something which might work instead of me having to pick something else or do without.
