Very disappointed. After standing at counter for about 10 minutes with a workers just walking around talking, they finally told us to go to other end of counter to order very rudely. Then didn't tell us when order was ready. I just happened to walk up and ask. Young people that need an adult to supervise them because they certainly don't know how to run a business. I will not go back there

Extremely dissatisfied at the level of customer service we received. We ended up with someone else’s order; we live about 20 minutes away from the store, we’ve tried calling multiple times and cannot even get anyone to answer the phone, just keep getting hung up on.

Went there and got a pot pie and there was nothing but the crust, walked back from my hotel room and was told there is nothing we can do about it sir, we don't know who made it. If you need help managing the place, let me know, my price is $150000 and I will get it done!!! I'm really disappointed!!

Worst KFC around. Ordered a $30 fill up drive 30 miles home only to find out they gave me no tenders just terrible nasty old chicken. Try to call and of course it goes straight to a message saying they aren’t taking calls now. Really?? This is a place of business. $40 for 8 pieces of old chicken. Get it together or shut the doors!!

They’re the best! Ok, this KFC is also a Taco Bell and my sister and I ordered some drinks and the sweet tea was perfect! (They also have them to us for free!)

Worst KFC ever! They don't answer the phone, ever. They refused to cook what we ordered, instead giving us a lesser meal, they did not actually give us the sides that we ordered, and no sauces. We will never go back to this one.
