White Castle

Always good, it's white castle. Drive thru, fast accurate, cheap, filling. They never fail to make my drive with a smile. Been going to this place when ever i drive through there since 1996. And know the workers have changed several times.. bur always wonderful. I can only imagine some management person has been there the whole time because this place is reliable awesome for years.

From 4 stars to 1, this place has gone downhill badly in the past few years. Unless other local fast food places, it isn't recovering well from the pandemic, sadly. Went to go pick up a prepaid order around peak dinner time (just after 6pm) and was greeted with a shuttered entrance. The lobby is suppose to be open until at least 9pm, they closed it claiming "short staff" (when was that ever an excuse before 2020?), and when I called them to let them know I had a prepaid order and wanted to pick it up in the "crave zone", they told me it wasn't ready yet and sent me to the drive-thru, where I waited over 20 minutes for an order that should have been ready for pickup inside the lobby. Terrible customer service, skip this location if you see a closed lobby. It means you'll be waiting forever for burgers that take seconds to make.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. It was about 10:50 pm , I went to place my order at the drive thru. The woman was so RUDE !! The moment we drove up she said its only card.... no cash. And she had a MAJOR attitude. So I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a French fry, and a large orange HiC. She tells me that diet pop is all they had. What? But I said np. Nothing to drink. Then I ordered 2 chicken ring sliders. She rudely tells me they are out of chicken rings. Really?? Ok. Now I'm getting annoyed with her attitude. So I drove around to pay..the car in front of me didn't even stay in line, they drove away without their order. Finally I drove up to pay, and again with the attitude! She acted like I should be honored she even talked to me!!! Then I had to wait, my nephew got out and went into the gas station to get something to drink. He came back and I was STILL waiting!!! Finally she gets my order, I asked why is she so rude? She tells me " I'm tired". Well I'm tired to..but I'm not being nasty to people! I asked for her name, she ignored me and shut the window. We leave, and my nephew opens the bag, she didn't even give us the French fries!! No onions on the cheeseburgers...So I had a HORRIBLE experience here.
