We waited 42 minutes in line for them to say they didn’t ring up half our order then told us we need to go around and wait in line to reorder what THEY didn’t ring up, the cashier a GROWN women with red colored hair caught an attitude got the manager and slammed the window multiple times , gave a half filled freeze, soggy tacos & on top of that crammed 6 items into their smallest bag

The manager of this taco bell needs a promotion. This wonderful woman made 6 mini chicken quesadillas for me. The ones which were discontinued. They were by far the best examples of the mini chicken quesadilla which I have ever had. Perfectly toasted, picture perfect, Taco bell needs to bring them back.
Employees deliver their best when expressing individuality. Pride in ones work goes further than the mini chicken quesadilla. This manager needs to be payed more.

Ordered the bell grande asked(paid for) extra meat and cheese and shredded lettuce did not get. Trust me I am aware restaurant's are out of things, but make a store run they was out of Mild Sauce. Walmart Dollar General right there go by some mild sauce and put them in 2 cups ram.

The order was wrong. Then the people in the back were complaining about me loud enough that husband could here them. He was not very happy with them. The sad thing is the person that took my order repeated it to me twice, but put in the register wrong, and then got ugly with me when it was brought to her attention that it was wrong.

We chose to go in to the dining area instead of drive thru so that we could use the restroom and stretch our legs. The dining area was newly renovated and recently clean. The service however was terrible and the bathrooms were dirty. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food and even then, the order was wrong. We were missing three items. I luckily counted before leaving and received my items.

We gave them another chance!!! Sent my husband to order food for the family!! He ordered a nacho bell grande combo with no beans & no tomatoes for me, with extra sour cream & a side of jalapeños. Gets home, & there is a scoop of beans on my nacho bell grande!! It can’t be that hard to read a ticket!!
I used to be an Assistant General Manager at the Taco Bell in LaGrange… my family recently bought a home in Valley, & since we have moved here, we’ve been eating at the Taco Bell in the area. Things I’ve learned that are different than the store I used to manage: They limit the number of items you can order after a certain time at night… and tonight they said they were out of chalupas!! I know for a fact that it takes 2mins 30secs to about 3 mins to fry chalupas, but my husband was told that they had turned off the fryer because they close in 40 mins. NEVER did we turn customers’ orders down, items that are on the menu, just to get off work on time!! And we used to close at 2am during the week & 3am on weekends!! 2 star service! I will be doing the survey so I can “tell the bell.” So much for living mas!
