Zaxby's

I went to get my team members lunch tonight around 5pm 2nd shift. I ordered 12 - 4pc tender platters. I had to wait like 20min then they brought my plates out and I told them all 12 platters were missing the coleslaw. They went in for another 10min just to come out to tell me they were out and that all my plates have extra fries to compensate. This don't look like extra fries. And shouldn't they have said something when they first took the order and/or when they first brought the food out. 🤔

The food was good, the service was acceptable, the young lady who took our order was cute as a bug and apparently not very long experienced at her job but she was very courteous and polite and trying. To her credit she was there working which is more than a lot of places can say who are running on a skeleton staff and can hardly keep the drive-thru and the counter both running. Overall it was not a bad experience. And the food was excellent

The food was good and seasoned perfectly. My issues were that the clerk pulled her mask up when I came to the counter but took it down and left it down when the next customers (black) came to the counter. She then pulled her mask back up when I had to come get my order yet delivered food to the black customers with her mask down... That's minor though. The biggest issue I had was the cleanliness. The seats and tables were sticky and the trash cans were literally overflowing. I think my trash fell on the floor after I put it on top of the pile. This is 100% unexcusable since these "people" had plenty of time to stand around laughing behind the counter. No one cleaned the trash even after one of the workers came out to wipe tables with what looked like a very dirty rag.

I like this location. The only setback is they have too many teenagers who seem to be playing around too much when you drive up to the window. Because of this, I make sure that we always check our order before pulling off. Glad, we did this time. My daughter ended up with the wrong order. Although it was an easy fix and the young lady at the window was very nice, this is what happens when others around her are playing around and mess up the order. Plus, who wants to get home and realize that your order is wrong. The food was hot and delicious.

I'm not impressed with this location. We arrived at 8:10 pm, more than an hour before closing according to the door. But the doors were locked. We were told they closed the lobby early and that the drive-thru was the only option. So we got in line, 2 cars ahead of us. Placed our order at 8:23pm. 2 salads and a chicken finger meal. 29 minutes later, we finally got our food and headed home. Neither salad had the correct dressing, one was missing bacon (same salad ordered, just different dressing). Total trip time to get food at Zaxby's 2 miles away took almost an hour.

I tell ppl ALL the time that I hate going to Zaxbys in Valley…they’re staff just DO NOT CARE, they do whatever they want…it’s 11:00am, how in the world are u messing up simple orders…I ordered a Kidz nibblerz meal, just HOW, HOW, did u mess that up then I’m sitting waiting at the window, they open like they got an attitude—THEY STILL HAD MY DEBIT CARD 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Back on strike I go from this restaurant
