I Went to the drive thru and yes there was a car in front of me. I had to wait just a little bit, but not too long. I ordered two footlongs and two bags of chips. The sandwiches were fresh and just the way we ordered them. They were very courteous and nice. They are also open until 10⁹ each night. I will definitely be going back since hotter days are starting to approach us and I don't like to eat anything too heavy in the late evening when I eat dinner.

When I was checking out, the cashier interrupted the sale twice to check out an online order who was there to pick up. I don't know if management makes them prioritize online orders, but I don't like online orders being able to cut line. Im a paying customer too. The food is good though.

They were very very understaffed. But the subs taste great and who they do have their working are excellent workers! They were rushed they were worried about us waiting in line and yet they were very very nice! Whoever hired that crew that worked last Sunday, hired a good crew!

Super pleased that the owner put some money into the appearance and re-painted. I would like for the drive thru area to receive some attention....maybe a better speaker, digital readout of the order and a new updated menu board. Staff is always pleasant. Location is convenient but the parking lot surrounding is horribly disregarded.

This is the best Subway in Louisville. Great customer service and fresh products. They are not stingy at all and put lots of extra veggies at No extra cost. The management is great too abs very friendly staff. Employees who wait on me see Alicia, Amanda, Jennifer, Kayla and they are all sweet ladies.

The line was long because the lobby closes at 7:30 now.. the drive through is open and I really believe the ladies in there worked impressively quick to get us theough as quickly as that did. Yes I sat there for a while but it was worth it! The quality if my sandwich was amazing!! Quality I better than speed my fellow Americans!..... not to mention how respectful and positive the were as well🧘🏽♀️

Decided on Subway for lunch, since I haven't been there in a while. The nice woman who answered the drive thru told me to look over the menu for a moment, which was perfect because I had no idea what I was getting. Right ad I figured it out she was back, she took my order and told me to pull around. The woman at the window wad really nice as well, if not the same woman. She told me my total, gave me my order and told me to have a nice day. Really turned my bad day around.
