I personally think that the employees at this store try their very best to work hard , maintain the flow of work and customer service , due to it being overly crowded with online orders and in store orders that causes long lines and waiting . I love this store and I think some of these customers who do the most for no reason over little petty things should appreciate the employees that try rather than downplaying them for their mistakes because I spoke to a couple of the employees whenever I visit the store and they seem like their just working the best they can like anyone else would to make an honest living

Josh is the best- I don’t understand how he isn’t a supervisor yet ! He’s so kind and polite to all his customers. Even when he is on his own. No help at all he still Greets his customers and staff with a smile! It makes walking in here such a pleasant experience! Thank you for all you do Josh! We see you and appreciate it! :))

I have been going here for the pass 3 months . Morning staff especially Joshua, Kelly, Imani, Eliajah, Chyna awesome staff. Of course with any business there’s always room for growth. Times when it busy with walk in orders and online orders and they are trying to do the best they can with the staff on hand. Yet still they are always kind. Josh always greet all his customers whenever he can. Thank you so much guys. We appreciate your hard work.

Everyone is always extremely friendly which is vital for the early mornings. Today was a little wait for my coffee and the employees were all quick to apologize and thank me for waiting. I don’t usually post reviews but I felt the need to thank this locations employees for getting my day started off well!

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I started going to this location a few months ago and have have never had a negative experience. The place is always clean, the staff is always nice and friendly, the food doesn't look like its slapped together in five seconds. If something is not right, they fix it no questions asked. I see lots of negative reviews about the donuts, and I think that is an overall brand issue and not just this location.
