Tapioca Express

It's the first time on this branch. We came across it on our way from Nappa Valley. We love the avocado flavor snow bubble with pearls. :) The drink was creamy, not much shaved ice. I like some shaved ice on my snow bubble, but I didn't make a big deal out of it cause the drink has the best taste among all the tapioca express branches I've been to... and I've visited a lot, from San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, Orange, Hayward, etc. There's much more avocado on this one than the others. The only reason I give a 4 stars is bacause there's only 1 person running the atore, even though it's a Sunday... we waited 12 mins to order and receiving our drinks.

I used to love this place when it was at the old location. I don't know what's happened but for the past 3 years I've come (i go when I'm in town. Usually twice a year since I'm military), they don't have anything that I want. It's happened 4 times where I would order and their response would he "oh, we don't have it". This doesn't include multiple times I've gone and they were not open even though their store hours said they were. Better off going to another boba shop.

I walked up to order at like 6:35 pm on a Monday and no one said jack to me, even though the cashier looked up at me then continued doing stuff on the register, then 5 minutes later one of the girls were like “oh we’re actually closed.” And I was like “oh, just so you know your Google page says 9pm” and then she straight ignored me?? Not a single sign showing changed hours or anything either? Idc if you’re closed but don’t be rude about it.
