Good last minute unplanned dinner. We didn’t have a reservation but there were able to find us a tablet pretty quickly. Place was packed. Food was perfect pub food - I think we all had burgers & beers. Definitely a good spot to watch a game on the screens and get some comfort food

Sports pub within easy ski boot walking distance from Eagle Bahn Gondola and Born Free Express lift. Ample seating inside, at the bar, or on the slopeside deck. Standard pub menu with freshly prepared food. Friendly service and kid-friendly, too. Highly recommended!

Fun apres ski spot. Lots of outdoor tables and the crowd is festive and fun. Great view of the mountain and it’s a good spot to watch the skiers come down. It’s pricey but typical for a ski area. The service is fast and attentive. Good beer selection but the food is just a average. We had the chips and guacamole and chicken fingers and meh.

Awesome views out on the deck, good drinks and food. Pet friendly! Food is pretty basic but filling and good price after a busy day! When we come to vail again we will definitely be coming back.

Had dinner here while in Vail last week. The food definitely did not disappoint, neither did the view off the balcony. The shear volume of nachos is amazing. The server was very nice and asked us how we were doing many times throughout our time there. Most restaurants in Vail have a high price tag and leave you wishing you got a little more bang for your buck. Garfs truly was worth the money paid👍🏻👍🏻 will most definitely be going back here again when we go back to Vail. Highly recommend the nachos.

My last night up here for this week, until next year. Garfinkel's is on the west side of Lions Lionshead village. I ordered the 14 or 16 once ribeye, medium rare more rare. That's my go to choice for temperature, most of the time I get medium done... the chef/cook here cooked the temperature perfectly, awesome job. But, don't be stingy with the salt and pepper beforehand. It needed more. The bartender, Brett, upsold me with the mushrooms, grilled onions on the steak and a loaded baked potato. Good call sir, I enjoyed it. Price was about $28, comparable to the other restaurants around this week, only 10 percent of them were open...
Brett was a good bartender, attentative to my glass and food. Sounded at one point that either he or the other bartender were in training, couldn't tell which one. If Brett is new, he's doing a great job.
Environment and atmosphere was pleasant for a sports bar. The locals were nice and peaceful, no rowdy ones. I would go back, even for the steak, just would ask for more salt and pepper.

Not bad. Not great. No surprises with the menu - touristy/ski area quick meals. The bison burger was solid. My son polished off his sandwich in seconds. Patio seating is the only way to go.

Great place to have a beer on a deck overlooking the ski slopes. Seriously, the view is incredible. Beer options weren't great but they had a few interesting craft beers.
