I loved arbys.. always have.. went a couple weeks ago and the food was horrible, soaked oily fries . Not hot at all.. chicken dried out.. thought maybe they had a bad day... just went and today it was worse. Fries are not edible. Chicken is dried and hard. Roast beef tastes funny and almost slimy. Only good thing was my daughter's little nuggets were fresh.Needless to say my family won't be returning.

The entire order was perfect. The burgers were amazing! Nothing looked sloppily thrown together. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend this location.

Fish is not the quality it was many years ago which had a slight lemon flavor & thicker piece of fish Not heavily breaded. I know they've changed the fish many times thru the yrs. Fish now is so flat the bread is alot thicker than the fish so u taste mostly bread! Very dry! Fries would be awesome if also not dry. Wait time is longer than most.

Best fish sandwich in town!! Should be on menu permanent! Service was ok, but not much on knowledge on specials, and menu. Seemed to have no interest on what is served.

Worst Arby's ever!
Ordered French Dip for delivery -- no dip included in bag.
Ordered 2 regular sandwiches too. The buns were so stale & dry, it was disgusting.
Also requested xtra Arby's and Horsey sauce. Received 2 packets of each. For 3 sandwiches?!?! R U kidding?!?.
(We needed 10 each to get over the dry bread and zero dipping sauce!
If you want good, classic Arby's, go to the SH location on M59 at Mound.
Unfortunately, when you order via delivery service, you can't choose location.

Don’t know why 3 sandwiches were hard to order. They didn’t give us the beef broth for the sandwiches. Thank God everyone fought for the 15 dollars an hour! Where would we be without helping out the dumb! Only here in America. Thank you so much!
