Phu Quoc Vietnamese Restaurant

The floor was really dirty, the only person on the floor was a woman who spent the entire time on the phone with earbuds in. Two of the items that we attempted to order weren't available and wasn't made clear to us. We ordered a bubble tea and they used an extremely loud blender placed by one of the tables being used as a desk. On the floor near the back of the dining room area there was cases of Coca-Cola, pepsi, and mountain dew cans. The mirrors on the walls were rather dirty, The containers of sauce on the tables were dirty as if someone spilled stuff on them and never cleaned it. There was boxes of cereal sitting on one of the tables as if someone was eating breakfast. There was one television that had static. The serving size was quite large and the food was pretty good, but the overall experience was bad.

Do not go here unless you enjoy food that is being prepared in a mice infested kitchen. I saw one hanging out of the condensed milk can where I assume they prepare coffee with (glad I didn’t order that). There was atleast 3 that I spotted running around in the kitchen. The owner uses a door to block the view into the kitchen but i was able to see the mice through the cracks. I felt absolutely sick because by then I have already finished my meal but my kids were with us so I didn’t want to cause a scene. Will never go there again, absolutely disgusting.

Disgusting and poor costumers service ever! only 4-5 pho from menu list were available to order. Spoons and chopsticks were dirty and table was very sticky. Some of the sauces that was on the table were expired and when we notified her she handled it very poorly. The egg rolls that we orders were burned and she did not take responsibility for it.. worst place ever in Utica,NY!
