The menu options are great for breakfast. The food is served hot with a good appetizing flair. My Country Fried Steak was good and the easy over eggs just right. This is a good place to stop if you are on a budget and want more for your money.

I do enjoy going to Perkins for the occasional breakfast or brunch, but today there was random little bits of lint in my toast and on the edge of my bacon, and there seemed to be little bits of what looked like spinach on the cut edges of the toast. Just wanted to give this feedback so that the kitchen can think about where that lint might have come from and prevent it from happening again in the future. Great food and service otherwise!

Marlisa, the hostess, was fantastic in her friendliness and customer service. I was having to wait a little longer for a Grubhub order, since they were very busy, and she offered me a free drink while I waited. I watched her with other customers and I was very impressed! She was friendly, open, and helpful. She kept communication about my order up to date.

I thought the steak was outstanding my mom had the potato pancakes and they were disappointing. They tasted like they added hash browns to the pancake batter. potato pancakes should be shredded potato, eggs and a few tasted of flour! my meal was good.

The 2 stars are for the service that redeemed this poor restaurant. The ceiling was literally falling down and falling apart. There was a spot above our table that looked moldy. The bathrooms were not clean and I don't really want to think about what the kitchen could have looked like. The server and the hostess were great and the food was good. This place just needs a well overdue overhaul.

We had a really nice experience at this Perkins. Our waitress and other wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh & delicious. Will be back.

Great servers and my order is always right. I've had pies before and they were awesome. I got one of each muffins to go this time and they've all been delicious.
