Why does drive thru take 20+ minutes? Maybe you need a second chef. In the time I've been waiting here (second day in a row). 3 people made a U turn after waiting for the first 10 minutes that was when I was in the street. Just those 3 orders payed for that persons labor in an hour. Looking in my mirror now the line is back to the street, because my vehicle is not equipped with a treat view I can't tell you how many other people have left

I believe 'they have the meats', I just wish they'd put some on my sandwiches. The staff here was great, pleasant, and helpful. That being said, it was disapointing how modest the sandwiches were, and that despite just seeing the add for 2 for $5 on the fish sandwiches, there were NO DEALs. I did not expect a deal on the new Hawaiian offerings, but I got a Big Kahuna and Brisket of them; However, I did expect them to, more than remotely, resemble the ads. Well, all in all, as long as you're not looking to get full for cheap, then it's a decent place to go. The 32oz ultimate chocolate shake was great and it pleases me it's not humorously tiny like at chick-faux-lay lol.
