Subway

This location was very clean and well lit. Nothing awesome about the store, but I do have an interesting story about this particular staff member. So I order my sub. This staff member is extremely polite and friendly and starts making my sub immediately. Nothing special so far, but then I start watching him build this masterpiece. He was amazingly slow and deliberate that I almost got irritated with him, but then became fascinated by him. He built this sandwich like his life depended on it's perfection. And perfect it was!! Every slice of meat, every tomato, every pepper was placed so precisely that any variance in the gaps would have been difficult to measure. Every slice of meat was folded and placed with what appeared to be near scientific standards. When he was finished, I was so impressed with how good this sub looked, and it's shear attention to detail, that I felt just a little bit guilty for eating it. I didn't catch this staff members name, but he is like the rain man of Subway sandwiches. Great job. I'll go back again just to watch him perform his magic for me.

Being the only commercial restaurant you can sit down at within the mall itself, you have no choice but to eat here. In my opinion, I feel like it should be open for breakfast to cater to the walking crowd, but that's here nor there. Anyway, was served promptly and accurately, with courtesy and respect as well. The subway could move to a larger locale, but I know that would be costly in a mall that is soon destined to be closed soon.

Terrible experience. My family and I were in the mall and at 830 a half an hour before they closed the associate refused to serve us because he was counting down the drawer and he said no more transactions for the duration of shift can be made. This store is in desperate need of new management. He called the manager and they were to busy to resolve the issue. I would stay away from this business for such poor service.

A few friends and I attempted to place an order during our 30 minutes lunchbreak today. The person working, her name is Angel, was so busy texting on her phone that she could not take our order. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Subway. She was so preoccupied with her personal life she could not do what she is paid to do. A friend of mine even got a bottle of soda and she said..where did you get that from. She didn't even know that he got it out of the cooler. I guess sending text messages was more important than taking care of your customers.
