Panera Bread

This was one of my favorite places to dine till this evening. We were the only ones in the building ( should have been a clue) and when we ordered we were informed that they had no clean dishes and would have to place our order in to go containers. We got our drinks from the fountain machine and noticed there were no napkins in any of the dispensers and the garbage was over flowing at every station. All the dish return stations were full and the floors were trashed. We had to clean off our own table as every table in the place had food on it or on the seat. The order was $35 and honestly would have been better spent on the dollar menu somewhere else. This place used to be immaculate when you walked in and always busy. After this visit it is not hard to tell why buisness has fallen off at this location.

The breakfast food at this location is horrible. The sausage on my sandwich is dry as a bone, there's not even half an egg on it, the cheese is tiny with half of it hanging out the side and the bread seems like it's soaked in oil or grease and it's hard as a brick. Last time I got oatmeal here it was dry and clumpy. In all honesty I believe it was kept from the day before as one of the guys in my group who got the oatmeal as well had an upset stomach and nausea the rest of the day after eating it. I took one bite of mine and threw it away. This is a place we have gotten food from for a while at work and it had steadily gone down hill badly in quality over the last several months. I do NOT recommend choosing this place for breakfast food. It's the worst! I've noticed there are some questionable people working there now. Here's a hint to management. You may want to revamp your staff because the quality of the service and food is seriously terrible. It used to be a great place to eat. Now.... it's not worth the high prices.... or even low prices for that matter. I would choose gas station Sushi before this again.

I think Panera is very over priced for what you get. I got a pick 2 steak and white cheddar and a Greek salad (spinach only bc they were out of regular lettuce) with an apple and fountain drink. This cost over $15. Food was good. They were out of unsweetened tea. We did sit out side, do enjoy that option at this location.

High prices, sub par service. Felt rushed while ordering and today our order was missing turkey off the turkey bacon bravo and the sides we asked for were not with the order. I don't think it's out of line to get what you order when it's a $30 meal. This has happened to us here before, unfortunately. We'll skip over them at this location from now on.

Ordered through GrubHub. We did a few half sandwich and soup combos, and instead of cutting a sandwich in half, they took one piece of bread and folded it in half. Weirdest thing I've ever seen. The kids grilled cheese sandwiches weren't cooked all the way through. Wife's soup had lettuce and other things in it. Worst $50 ever spent.
