Hardee's

Had a run in with some dude today. I'm unsure if he was a district manager visiting or a new store manager overseeing the breakfast rush. In any case I knew he was "special" judging by his grey button up shirt and the way he was talking, or at least he likes to think he's special. Ive been coming to Hardees for 15 years to get their breakfast biscuits. I have never had any problems substituting the sausage for an egg at no additional up charge. i am sensitive to the low quality sausage meat, and can only tolerate the egg. Today I wasn't allowed to. An egg biscuit costs $3.19 whereas a sausage biscuit is $2. $1.19 upcharge for an egg, why? Because your bulk carton of eggs costs 0.07 cents each compared to 0.05 for each sausage patty? I will never pay that amount, no matter how hungry I am. Today i skipped breakfast and gave the single sausage biscuit to my husband. Whenever I am allowed a substitution without an upcharge i normally get 4. Funny, the cashier's better understand how to make a sale and retain customers for 15 years than this guy can in one day. I stop in usually 3 times a week in the am. Always get the biscuts and gravy. Very reasonable pricing,and always fast service. Even if there are 3 to 4 cars in front of me in the drive through I usually am only there 5 minutes or less. Extremely fast and courteous folkes running the store, I do reccomend
