Stay away from burger king on US-22, Union, i had the worst shopping experience and terrible customer service in my life. On 06/30/22 at 9:00 pm I went with my wife, my nephew and his wife to have dinner at this store, after the bad attention we received when buying the meals (with a bad attitude from the manager) and trying to getting ice from the soda machine turned out the machine was not dispensing ice (seems to be stuck). When I told the manager about the ice problem, she started yelling at the employees, then came out and opened the top lid of the machine and threw the lid on the floor (nearly hitting my wife) while continuing to yell. All this was quite a stressful scene for us who just wanted to eat quietly. For this reason, I only tell you that if you want to enjoy a fast meal, Burger King is not the right place.

I ordered 2 sandwich, fries and onion rings manager gave me my order when I asked for BBQ sauce and zesty sauce she gave me 1 of each with plenty of attitude and told me 25 cents for BBQ sauce I asked her if she is serious and she just gave me a look I gave her her sauce and walked out. since when Burger King started charging for the sauce and not even single pack of ketchup for the fries was afraid to ask for it

The worst Burger King in the area. There seems to be no one to take your order. After about 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer in the drive thru to take your order, we decided to get out of the line and see if someone was inside the premises, after not seeing anyone, we decided to leave. And cars kept coming in to ask for their orders but no one attended the drive thru. Another problem is that they do not let you enter the store due to a staff shortage, there is a piece of paper stuck to the door that says that! Definitely not recommend it.

The 2nd worst of the burger kings I've visited. Almost worse than Neptune Burger King. Look on any BK advertisements to see what the bacon cheeseburger should look like....then look at the photo of my order from today on route 22 Union N.J. Also, this hockey puck was ice cold. Threw this item out. Terrible management is 100 % responsible for low standards and poor training. Also, franchise owners please tell all employees by the way, that saying hello, welcome to burgerking or thank you are MANDATORY and cannot pass Co-Vid to you.

Worst customer service, I never review places and I went here tonight and the two employees working were on their personal cell phones and weren’t helping anyone! At least 3 other cars of people left without being helped. Burger King - look into your employees at this location! That’s why is empty 😔😔

They never have milk shakes. The last 2 out of 3 times they didn’t have nuggets. The soda machine didn’t work and it didn’t have ice. I’ve come across white envelopes with more personality than the people working there. I’ve never been asked if I wanted any sauce. I try to give local business a chance. But not anymore.

Worst place to go for food,I went there last Sunday ,the staff , two ladies ,one don’t speak English ,the other was looking ate the cell phone,they could care less for customers ,should be closed, I am not an expert in cleaning but the place is not the best in cleaning, Burger King was good a long time ago as of now I don’t think so in this particular place by rt 22 in Union
