I have been a customer of Flames for about 10 years since they opened their food quality is the best in town. They have high standards open kitchen very clean and very friendly staff the chefs are amazing. They greet you with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work.

Last 3 times I got food there was something wrong. Missing a drink, missing a sauce, old stale bread. Now found short white hair in the meat. For high prices you expect much better services. Maybe staff need to pay more attention to customer orders as there is a consistent bad feedback
