Subway is a good way to build a healthy take out. The vegetables are usually decent...the meat is another thing. Out of necessity, the meats have to be pre-cooked, but it affects flavor. The cold cut meat should be replaced...it is not worth paying. The overall experience at any Subway for me depends a lot on the staff. Some are so much better than others, even if the food is just ok, the staff can make or break a decision whether or not a customer returns.
