Subway

If I could give this subway in Tyrone zero stars and leave a review I would! I got a sub from here and I ate half of my sub and took one bite out of the other half of my sub and THERE WERE LIVE BUGS IN MY SUB!!!! And I don’t mean like a fly or a nat, no this was a creepy crawler with more legs than a spider kind of bug and I thought it was just one until my whole sub was crawling with them!!!!! MY FIANCÉ AND I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Nice staff but either greedy owner or busy owner. Took way longer than it should for a refund and had to explain the situation multiple times. Either drive through or receiving end of drive-thru orders printed receipt incorrectly even though food was made correctly. Charged for an extra sub and could not get refund until next day and wasn't even with cash. Had to settle for gift card and haggle for replacement sandwich in order to not lose money in this transaction although money returned was through gift card instead of cash. The staff there up to management seemed helpful but may have been a stingy or busy owner that prevented Swift refund. Probably won't return but all in all food staff and cleanliness of restaurant was great

I got a chicken teriyaki sandwich there today i wanted chesse lettuce and red onions on it and then I got home open my food and i looked there was NO cheese and it was dry as dry it could be, like they didnt put no sauce or anything on the chicken teriyaki to get it that flavor..... should of save money and went up to Altoona to the mall to the food court the philly chessesteak place and got a chicken teriyaki there at least there isnt dry and they put sauce and they get there order right & I'll probably never get food there again from subway in Tyrone PA.

Just stood in line for 13+ minutes behind ONE lady who ordered 3 subs. The two workers spent the entire time making her sandwiches without even once acknowledging me waiting there. It even took both workers just to wrap her cookies. Then, someone pulled in the drive thru and they started on their order within seconds, greeting them/taking order. So I left & will never come back to this Subway again. I’d rather drive to Snappy’s in Bald Eagle—at least it would take up less of my time.

We went to this location today and ordered a sub. The old white lady was serving us, and was very rude and I would say even Racist. We asked for a sriracha sauce and the lady said that "we don't have it here" in a very rude manner, even though we know for certain that most of the subway locations do carry sriracha hot sauce, beside when we entered the subway she didn't even greet us. When we were leaving, she was staring at us, and when I had a eye contact with her, she rolled her eyes. We are from Texas, and haven't seen anybody acting this way down there, it is so dissapointing. I would have not considered her racist but grumpy old lady if she didn't treat the next customer so nicely and not suprinsingly, he was white! If your are not white, don't even bother yourself and go there, workers are racist, you might lose your appetite. I hope subway will take care of this matter!
