Starbucks

We get to Starbucks all over the country and even outside if the US - this one is - unfortunately - one of the least friendly and least professional we've been to. The staff isn't "rude", just not very personable. They're loud, abrupt, and tend to talk AT you rather than TO, and don't seem very helpful. They don't seem to function as a team like other store staff does.

Not one to write reviews but this bugged me so much. Ordered a coffee with sweet cream cold foam and they gave it to me really fast but there wasnt any sweet cream cold foam and I asked if there was any in it because it just looked like straight iced coffee and instead offering to remake it they said if I wanted a refund immediately instead of just remaking it? And the lady instead of offering to remake it just replies along the lines “yeah that’s how much we put in anyways so.” I called back for a refund, they said I had to talk to the manager but I didn’t want to waste my time driving back there so don’t waste your time here.

Coffee is hit or miss here, sometimes it is really good, sometimes it is not. Guess it honestly depends on the time of the day. Staff is friendly and is able to get the coffee out quickly which is always a good thing. I do not come here very often since there is no drive through, but is still a good place to sit and relax while enjoying some coffee.

I placed a mobile order and had someone pick it up for me, when i received my order there was only 1 drink of the 2 i ordered. I asked where the other drink was and she told me the barista said there was only one drink for this order this sticker clearly said 1 of 2 and the drink i ordered was disgusting and do not have what i ordered in it. I called and the girl said i can come back for a remake so i did. After watching the barista make the other drinks i noticed he was not following standard (I’ve worked for Starbucks for 6 years, 2 of those i was a manager) when i FINALLY got my drinks my drink was still incorrect and missing my topping so i politely informed the barista (Bret) that i was still missing the topping on my drink he picked it up and said you didn’t order any topping and handed it back, i told him i did on my mobile order and still didn’t get it so I’m here for my remake and he rolled his eyes, heavily sighed and barely shook any in there and handed it back no apology no thank you no acknowledgment i was even there. Clearly he has a poor attitude and if you want any sort of brightness to your day I’d just go to the one on the loop.
