Papa Johns Pizza

We got dinner from this location. They cut it at first, the standard triangle pieces and then realized we requested it to be square cut. Honestly, I liked that they cut it like this, both square and triangles. Very good pizza. They were running late due to something going on and I get that. Things happen. I have worked as a delivery person and know the printer for which the orders come in on for the preparers can jam. That sends a ripple for the pizzas getting done on time and out the door. They kept us updated. The wait was worth it.

Unacceptable. My pizza arrived as a pile of mush because it was obviously dropped. I called the store to put in a complaint. Their response was "We're busy and are using Door dash for deliveries " I was then offered store credit. Store credit doesn't do me any good if I don't plan on ordering again. The worst part was instead of taking the blame, they tried to blame Door dash. The person who dropped (literally) the food off was in a clearly marked Papa John's uniform and had a PJ bag. I'm very disappointed in the service and handling of the food.

Firstly I love Papa John’s pizza, their flavor is the best. But that’s where the positivity of this post ends. My first complaint, one time I ordered delivery after 2 hours of waiting I got a call stating they didn’t have any drivers to deliver and I could come pick up my pizza. Totally understand… My second complaint, one time I tipped online and the guy made me sign a copy and he tipped himself $5 after I had already tipped him online. My third complaint, one time I ordered food and the delivery driver forgot an item for my order and was never discounted for the missing item. All in the span of my last 3 times ordering. Last night we decided to try Papa John’s one more time. Just give them a shot we love the pizza. Today both my boyfriend and I have had diarrhea and no you may be thinking you must have ate something else to cause this. That is the only thing we both ate that was the same and we are now having explosive diarrhea. Thanks South Broadway Papa John’s. We even gave you an extra shot so 4 strikes and you’re out!
