This location has always been my go-to favorite. The employees that work at night are awesome. They work really hard especially when there’s a long line and a bunch of people dining in. They still remember to smile and be courteous. Not to mention the food is good. It is a little pricey for fast food. But, the quality is great! I have no complaints.

They have the best cranberry, apple and crispy chicken salad I think I've had in a fast food place. They use good quality lettuce and other veggies, and the chicken was so good. Wish we had Whataburger in Kentucky!

Horrible past 9:00 in the evening don't go here at night if you're expecting fast service because you damn sure won't get it. And very rude customer service at night do not recommend.

I would say that the service was great however, I would sound like a lier if I did say that. Keira is by far not the best cashiers at Whataburger. As soon as walked in, it didn’t feel welcoming at all, instead I was given the look of her not wanting to be there. Her eyes rolled as if she didn’t care, I gave her more than what I owed in cash and what I got back from her was a sigh and “oh my gosh”. Next time, I’m hoping to get better service than today.

My hometown favorite burger (my hometown Corpus Christi). The staff here is East Texas friendly and each Tyler restaurant has a unique theme which makes it fun to visit each one. This restaurant showcases a Soap Box Derby Race Car theme featuring a wonderful collection of Hot Wheels cars. The food is prepared to order like all Whataburgers and I am thankful they are consistent in getting my order correct!
