To clarify from a response by the owner, this was for a deal that is supposed to be valid from the beginning of this month to Dec 31 2021, not starting January 1st. So apparently the owner of this location also lies in an attempt to discredit negative reviews.

When I went there today (November 3, 2021), I ordered a pepperoni-and-shredded-cheese footlong on sourdough bread (toasted). For some weird reason, a stray vegetable got in the way of my sub.
I will never forgive the person who served me the sandwich for cross contamination, and that's the last time I ever go here. If you don't like cross contamination, this is not the place for you to go to to order anything.

They refused to serve me 5 minutes before closing. Staff indicated they were "technically" closed and apologized. When I indicated I would be making a complaint to the owner, the "Manager" on duty refused to identfy herself and the other employee decided he would follow suit also. Bad business practices can ruin a business. Recommend staff training.

Order a cold cut combo and bf ordered his regualar. They got the orders totally wrong gave him what was supposed to be on my sandwich on his. Vise versa. I mean how can you forget the cheese? Let alone cant you guys read orders? So specific and easy. Called to complain but they blame doordash. You guys made the food. They just deliver. Poor food service and poor management.

The lady running the counter, Aidee, took multiple phone orders before dealing with a growing line of 3+ customers waiting patiently for over 15 minutes. Extremely frustrated worth watching food made for those who weren't there sit on the counter while waiting to even order.
As I left with mu small order, I heard her ask the next man in line to wait at least 5 minutes while she handled another phone order instead of dealing with the 5 person line. Awful priorities.

One of the best subways I have ever been to. The staff is polite and friendly, and just an absolute joy to be around! I go practically every week. In all honesty Subway should should be proud to have workers like the ones here. Keep up the great job guys!
