Waffle Shop

Recently stopped by with a couple of siblings, early in the morning. Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, family friendly, space for a big group. Very spacious, friendly service, and a pretty good cook. Would definitely drop by again, big servings at a great price. The only thing I noticed that might annoy a few, are the worn down seats at some of the tables, but no complaints from me, was there for the food an family time. Give it a try!

If I could rate this zero stars I would !! It took 1whole hour to get our food out ( not busy place) our server messed up our order TWICE! Didn’t even check for refills I had to go ask another server for more coffee after waiting for 20 min to see if she would come check on us . Then when our food finially started coming out it took 25 min for everyone to get their plate ( party of 8) by the time everyone got their place some of ours were already finished. She didn’t once check on us after we got our food once again I had to go find her to ask for the bill and don’t let me get started on the food. No taste whatsoever and the biscuits were too hard to chew! Never going here again !!

First impression, could use a little remolding, but the staff inside more than makes up for this, they are very friendly and made me fell welcome. The food is pretty good and priced fairly. They just removed the early bird special, which is why they only get 4 stars… I have been going here for years. and will continue to keep going.

Please read the whole post.My server was Savannah. I ordered my regular chicken fried steak and eggs, hash browns crispy, biscuit and gravy and always ask for the biscuit first. She said like an appetizer? I said yes. Expecting to get it right away 10 minutes passed and had to wave her down to ask about my biscuit and gravy (that's when the attitude all started) when she finally brought it out I asked for extra napkins.."Right here!"she said. Down hill from there and couldn't wait to get out of there. The cherry on top was the management staff (sorry I didn't get your name) explained the situation to her and she was truly sorry for the service and I could tell she was sincere That's why I gave the 1star normally 5 all the way around, with smiles, laughs and a welcoming environment. Thanks again to the staff minus Savannah with her alone "no stars".
