Food was mediocre and the customer service was worse. Drive thru total was wrong. I asked the order taker to correct it...I ordered extra value fries not extra kid fries...kid fries cost more (see photos )...she kept telling me they didn't have value fries ( while I'm looking at the sign (see photo) ...I drive to window, she got the manager who backs her up and ignores the fact that its posted and it's always been available....I drive back around, snap the menu board photo (below) for evidence...surprise!!! I'm back with evidence! She gives me my change ( it's the principle at this point) and I ask her how many people she thinks she overcharged (false advertising) to help Jack in the Box fatten their pockets? That change adds up. Thanks to this experience, I found a better location near the downtown stadium....better food and customer service.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. They called out my drink before I could even sit down. The partner at the handoff even made small conversation with me despite being obviously slammed with orders. Store was clean. Partners all seemed to like each other and enjoy their jobs. Also, my drink was perfectly made.

This review is for the corporation of Starbucks. Not this location and the great employees.
Everyone needs to become vocal about their right to unionize if they choose to. All over the United States. They are treating their employees horrible that are trying to unionize. Sometimes even firing them. I am so disappointed in this company. The lies everything. You should try to do better Starbucks you should be ashamed of yourself. Let's show our support for all the Starbucks employees in the nation. Please leave your review if you agree.

I like how the staff is super friendly. Only once got my order wrong (it happens) and they happily remade my drink. Plus they are doggo friendly and give us pup cups!

Horrible management I understand they close at 9:00 p.m. I'm in line at 8:50 p.m. and the second 9:00 p.m. Hits they shut everything down. They don't bother putting up a clothes sign in the drive-thru. People keep driving through their non-stop even though it's before 9:00 p.m. In the second 9:00 p.m. Hits they tell you they're closed. They need to grow up walk out put the cone up and say that they're closed that way people don't waste their time sitting in line for 20 minutes. And that blonde manager is so rude the one that was working on Saturday night May 21st 2022.

Fifteen minutes to get a coffee. Literally barked at when attempting to inquire as to wether or not they received my order. Go somewhere else. The coffee is probably. Better and the service will definitely be better.

Every time I come here the drive thru is unbelievably slow, they've had their mobile app turned off for days and today their lobby was closed at 10am on a random Friday with staff inside chatting at tables. Waited 20 min in the drive thru, backed out and left without a coffee. They allow homeless people sleeping in carts to take up parking spots for months. I suggest going to a different location if you don't have 30-40 minutes to spare.

This Starbucks is great the people that work here when I told them I had a zoom meeting, they turned the music down and really treated like a family. I really like this Starbucks mainly the people that work here and the good coffee they serve. Thank you for helping me out.
