Went thru the drive-thru this evening, Sunday, August 13th, at approximately 9 o'clock pm., in Catalina. There was no waiting and the service was wonderful. The associate on duty was very diligent to make sure that I had everything I needed. Service was quick, efficient and my food was Hot!
I will visit this establishment again. Kudos to the Arby's staff!

We had the 2 for $7 cheddar beef and roast beef sandwiches which were good and pretty filling and also tried a buffalo chicken slider....which was really good. Will order just the sliders next time.

Best fast-food in Catalina. The only one that serves fresh food, doesn't take a half hour, the staff is always polite and efficient. Plus, you know what? They actually make shakes till close! Imagine a restaurant that serves the menu they advertise! The store was also recently redone as well. I'd give it a five, but it is still fast-food.

I had the new Diablo sandwich. It is Spicy. for the first time a fast food place puts. out something with some heat. But overall the sandwich is average. Not a lot of flavor. But that isn't why I tried it. I wanted to see if it had heat. Plus it comes with Free small shake.

Dining in was closed because they were understaffed. We used drive thru. Sandwiches were so delicious but a tad overpriced.
Must comment here that price is the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars. Seems many places have raised prices in reaction to losses suffered during pandemic. Sadly most customers also suffered financially so raising prices (beyond normal cost of living) is kind of off putting to us regulars.

I visited the Arbys in Oro Valley. This is hands down the BEST Arby's in the Tucson area. Went at lunchtime and they were super busy but none of the staff was stressed out. They were extremely efficient and having fun as well. Our food came fast and was hot and fresh. I was very impressed with the exemplary customer service that this crew provided. Thank you
