I bit into a waffle to find that within the bite of waffle was a large shard of glass that had been baked into the waffle batter!
I instantly spit out the disgusting waffle along with a piece of my now chipped tooth!
As a result of biting into this waffle my tooth is now chipped!
Thank god I was able to spit out that bite!
What would have happened if I had swallowed that bite?
Upon further inspection I found multiple pieces of smaller glass shards mixed into the waffle.
I will never eat at Waffle House again!
I am filing a suit against Waffle House for this incident!

Awful customer service. Server was absolutely unprofessional starting from her presentation. There was some nasty thing in my tea. I really want it to complain but the waitress was too busy arguing with another unsatisfied client. The worst experience everrrr !!!!

This is one of the most unprofessional Waffle Houses I've been at. Their behavior is unacceptable. The arguing, cursing and name calling is unbelievable! Customer service can be frustrating but you're here to do a job. I'm in awe with this particular one tho! Never go there if you're hungry cause I will leave disappointed and dissatisfied 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Never again

Typically waffle house is a safe go to for a quick meal. But today they gave me a burnt waffle and forgot my sausage. They didn't care enough to get it right and I was in a rush and didn't check before I left.

I like Waffle House I have breakfast at least once a week but this location the service is so bad ! Not busy , wait for 15 min ,The server just ignored you !

Food was good!. Lady at register was taken orders was friendly (Lauren). Ordered to go and didn't take long at all.

The customer service is bad, like really bad. The poor customer who was before me got a lot of bad attitude from the cook and server.
Also, parts of my waffles were served doughy.

Went by there 4/21/22. One worker was outside babysitting her kids in a van. Went inside, 3-4 more kids being baby sat and every table was dirty with uneaten food. Turned around and walked out and they could’ve cared less.
