I'm glad to see mediocrity never changes. It may look different inside and there are a few new trying-hard-to-be-upscale burgers on the menu, but overall our burgers were... there. That's why we haven't eaten at RR in at least 10 years.
At least the staff was cheerful about us coming in at 1030 (was nothing else in Portland really not open past 10pm on a Friday night?), and kept the unlimited fries coming with a smile.

I would probably recommend 5 guys instead. They have equal or probably better quality, about the same price but you don't have to tip. Server and when you try to order an alcoholic beverage they won't lie to you and say that there's alcohol in it. I swear they put like one single drop of liquor I'm their drinks and say "it's got alcohol in it".
Also 5 guys gives you free nuts. Just saying. Better options considering the quality and price.

A dedicated burger joint with a standard menu of any other Red Robin. A live environment with plenty to choose from. The bottomless sides are the best.

Great experience! The location was super understaffed but let me say whoever was in thr kitchen KILLED it. Onion rings, fried pickles and the fish and chips were the best I've had from a red Robin. I am disappointed red Robin as a whole has reduced its menu to be a pizza place.... But that has nothing to do with this specific location. Keep it up! Thank you for a great night

Good service. Pineapple upside down milkshake was good. 10 cheese sticks were good. Small cinnamon sugar donuts had very little cinnamon and sugar but the caramel dip was good. We took an order of doughnuts to go. Not good cold. They get tough and with little cinnamon and sugar they weren't good.

Good food and generally helpful friendly staff. They are short handed like most places and drink refills can take some time but they are doing great otherwise! Have been back several times since they opened up during pandemic.

I’ve never been to a Red Robin that had such horrible service from the kitchen. We were seated right next to the kitchen and the vulgar language that was heard was ridiculous, not to mention my 8 year old heard every cuss word . We expressed our concerns w the bartender gal (who took our food order and listened to our concerns) and she went back and spoke w the kitchen crew, and the feedback from the male was very negative All around it was a very unpleasant experience.
