Your required to wear a mask but the people behind the counter don’t wear one. They hold a conversation instead of worry about the customers. There was a young man who came in wearing gym clothes and no mask standing behind the counter talking to the workers. New staff isn’t being trained and when given the type of bread, had no idea what I was talking about while being left alone with no help. If your looking for sanitization or customer service or any service at all, go the the BX instead.

The experience was a positive one. The employees asked me all the questions I expected from Subway due to previous experiences at other locations. They also listened to my requests and were efficient and accurate. I would recommend this particular location. Clean fast fresh Great location specially open 24hrs

Night shift is unprofessional. They don’t wear uniforms, which would be fine, but a beanie and hoodie with the hood up isn’t a very professional look. Also it didn’t help that the second they were done making my sandwich they returned to the table were about 7 of their friends were hanging out having some sort of party. Not to mention they were rude and seemed as if we, as customers, were inconveniencing their evening. If you’re someone who cares about the quality of work someone puts into handling the food you eat, I would avoid going after business hours. I experienced this at about 9:30pm on a Monday night.

The new staff was nice but I just couldn't believe the prices here are ridiculous. $8.28 for a foot long tuna on a Friday that was supposed to be on sale but the employee wasn't aware of it. Stay away from this subway if you want to save money. Looks like the family running this place is Monopolizing on military personnel and the fact that it's 24 hours. You can save a couple bucks eating at another subway. If you're on base, drive the extra mile to taco bell, anywhere but here.
