Subway

I love the customer service .. I am going to this store from past 2 year.. After i saw a review i wanted to check whether the people review was true or false. I disagree with some of the review . They is no employee in the name of Rosita. Restroom it clearly mention in the door no public restroom complies with sec.114120 of the California uniform retail food facilities law. Everyone have to follow the law. I will be continue going to this subway . keep up the good work .

They took 30 minutes to complete my order of 4 sandwiches. The staff here were taking so long to complete a sandwich order for everybody in the store. They won’t accept more than 1 coupon per customer (but other local subways do) and they refused to honor the rest of them. In no way did I combine the offer or break any other coupon rule. It’s upsetting that we had an entire line of people waiting at least 10 minutes for each sandwich to be made. I have never been so disappointed by a subway restaurant before and I never want to visit this one again.

I want to share my experience at this subway her name is Rosita I presented a coupon that says any 12” sandwich of my choice and she told me I did not have a choice she said I could only get the regular meets none of the other kind of meat I’ve gone to several of these in the central valley which includes Merced Turlock Modesto and Madera going all the way up to Lathrop I’m Lodi I feel that these subway should /Owner I’ll coupons and what the description is according to the franchise, When I asked her where is her boss she said that she was in India well that says it all, bad for business

We walked in about 10 min before 8 pm and the girl at the counter was making sandwiches for some people. She looked over and rolled her eyes; when the other patrons were leaving and we approached the counter she said they didn’t have any more and said they were closed. We said, ok and left. Rude and unethical, this teen needs to be fired and clearly needs a job where she doesn’t interact with people.

I stop there to eat sandwich as I got my sub to eat there...i ask the employe where is the restroom to wash my hands before I start eating...the employe told me to use next door restroom. Then I ask him u guys don't allow customer to use...he said only for employee's to use restroom. I took some pic's of sign it says only for employee's..!

Rude! Was the only person in the store, but the girl with orange-ish hair and glasses was very rushed and rude. As if there were a line out the door. Had to remind her o wanted the basic mayo and mustard on the 2 sandwiches I ordered. And when I did, she acted as though it was inconveniencing her. I'm sorry, is she not being paid?? Dont work at subway if you dont wanna make sandwiches.. Very poor customer service.
