Torrington kfc is the Worst kfc ever I don’t know why they don’t replace it with a chick-fil-a or Popeyes the staff has terrible attitudes the food is always wrong and everything is over priced. When you ask to speak to a manager he is never there or just left and when he is there he gives you a worst attitude than the employees save your time and literally go eat any where else

Virtually all the value meal are gone or badly over priced. Chicken apparently costs more than sirloin these days. Prices seem to have gone up about 5 times the inflation rate here and the quality diminished at the same time. KFC was usually a bit pricey but apparently has gone seriously overboard now.

Horrible customer service they told us it would be a 7 minute wait for chicken strips and we waited 25 minutes and nobody came out to bring us our food we went inside to ask what they wait was and they hadn’t even started making it and tried to make excuses that they were slammed but there were only 3 cars that showed up behind us we definitely won’t be going back I can make better food at home.

Ordered food from kfc on Winsted rd today at 4:32 for pickup. Go to pick up food and literally just got food now at 5:54 pm. Got an attitude from the workers saying they didn’t have the order. Showed them receipt and then they took forever to get order. Didn’t try to make it right with me for having me wait for an hour and a half for an online order AND didn’t even put all the food that was ordered in the bag. Told them I would never come back again and they said they don’t care! Horrible customer service! Management is horrible!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I waited an hour and 10 minutes all together for 2 entrees. A employee tells me I can have a refund so I go to my car to get my card. As I get back inside the managers tell me no refund. As a restaurant manager at a different chain, I can proudly say that this restaurant is a complete joke. Everyone has issues with the horrible management there, I’ve gone in wearing my uniform in the past and their employees have asked me if IM HIRING AT MY STORE. Every manager in that store should have been fired long ago… I called corporate customer service but they’re a waste of time as well. I hope this comment stops anyone from going to that store and I hope the entire management steps up their effort in work LOL.

My dinner was inedible. I ordered the 2 piece with a wing and breast. I got a wing and a thigh and the breading was hard and dry and tasted like cold grease. The chicken underneath was brown on top as if it sat under a heating lamp all day. The meat was like chewing cardboard. The biscuit was as hard as a rock. The potatoes and gravy was the only part of the meal that was edible. It certainly is a hit or miss on the quality of their food with emphasis on miss. Last miss for me!!!

Fresh food... One of the better KFC's I've been to for sure! Staff is very friendly. However! They are also pretty forgetful! We were asked if we would be willing to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken strips.. So we went and sat in the car and waited... Went back in about 10 minutes later and they had totally forgot we were waiting! (We had like a $35 order!) They rushed to put it together and still forgot to put my coleslaw in. 😢 Overall the food was tasty... Staff was friendly... They just need to pay better attention.
