Grinders were good. A lot to choose from, even the choice of breads used. Service was swift, and food was hot. Prices are reasonable. Good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner for the family. I will come back again

I don't know how anyone eats an entire grinder at 1 time.their 1/2 a grinder is more than enough.

Real yummy everything, including the rolls themselves. When they opened a store in Torrington i was psyched! They have so many choices you never get bored and the chopped-up "everything" mix is perfection. Fast service and friendly staff complete the picture. Great, great place to eat.

Look people, this is the place for grinders (subs), excellent service and great food. Only reason for 4 stars it was my first time there. They'll get five if its as good as last time.

First time in this shop but a long term customer going back to 1955 with my father buying grinders on South Main in Waterbury. Great sandwiches as with all Nardelli's Grinder Shops but real lousy attitude by the owner. Ordered a pastrami with mustard on the meat side and mayo on the veggie side. Sandwich was made wrong, told the manager and I was told I didn't order it properly and proceeded to school me on the "proper way" of ordering with a bit of an attitude. I have ordered this same sandwich countless times in Naugatuck and Waterbury. Poor attitude and customer service. Won't stop here again

Bravo, Bravo. Nardellis outdid themselves again! The Chicken Parm really delicious complimented well with The roasted potatoes and Green Bean dishes. So far I have had a few family get togethers and The food is really delicious. Have tried the stuffed shells and lasagna. All really awesome. Very simple to order online and they do the rest including delivery and You, as the Host gets to kick back and enjoy your family and friends!! Thank you Nardellis. Will order again 😊

Its a fast food deli chain. And its not the best, but its pretty good. Everything is hot. Good alternate options for sandwiches. Not my number 1 or 2. But a good option when on that side of town or stopping at BJs next door.
