Flame Broiler

The Asian guy during the day is racist. I ordered the plate with no salad or fruit and usually when the night time guy is there he gives me a good portion for around $11( and he’s really nice 👍🏽) but this guy charged me extra (it came out to $14) and when my food came out he just literally sat my bag on the counter and walked away. No “here you go ma’am” or thank you.. nothing mind you after I just watched him give this Caucasian man his food; he walked it over to his table 👀

I was there 3/18/22 and stopped by for my lunch and this man was taking my order and was extremely rude and told me this is to go because I’m locking up and leaving right now. It was like 1:00pm . Flame broiler has been one of my favorite places but never will I go to this location again. Take your business elsewhere.

I'm doing One Meal A Day diet and this is the place for me to go and get my chicken plate with veggies only! Watch out for what they're charging you. Different employees charge different amounts. That's why I lowered my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. I order the same plate all the time and today I was charged about $1.50 more. I didn't wanna argue with the guy that charged me but he says the owner has the cash register setup like that. No rice 50 cents and no fruit and salad 50 cents charge, first time hearing this. I know all veggies is a $1.00 extra but why would they charge you extra for no rice, fruit and salad if I'm already paying the extra $1.00 for all veggies?

Yummy ,healthy fast food. Basically chicken,beef and veggie bowls, add your own sauce. White or brown rice. Customer service is great,place is clean,wait isn't too long. It does get a bit busy at lunch time,it's right across the street from Harbor UCLA, so quite a bit of employees in line, best to get there 11ish to beat the lunch rush. This is a great place to take your kids, fast food,but not junk food
