The scotch fillets were sensational! The stoop burgers 🍔 were outstanding! A five 🌟 restaurant! very welcoming, Cozy, neat! 👍👍👍

Don’t usually make reviews, but this place is easily one of the best I’ve been to in recent memory. The duck liver parfait was paired with some of the softest, fluffiest bread I’ve ever had, and the Scotch fillet was simply phenomenal. Would definitely recommend.

Going to The Stoop is like you're going to a good mate's house for a beautiful, home cooked meal. It's not pretentious, it's not trying to be something it's not. It's wholesome food done well. The gnocchi with beef ragu is an all time favourite and never disappoints.
The wine list has something for everyone and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Excellent restaurant just off the Main Street of Torquay. Short menu that offers a lot of choice and caters for dietary needs. A blackboard menu of daily specialS. Food quality was excellent and they have a good wine list supporting local wineries. However they do need more non alcoholic drinks that are not soft drink. Service was very good.

We held a professional function at The Stoop and the food, staff and venue were exceptional. All of our requirements were catered for and our guests enjoyed the evening. A great place to hold a private function. We highly recommend it.

Loved everything about this place.
Lots of options with seating, great for groups, families and couples.
My partner and I both ordered from the specials board and we have no complaints. Everything was delicious, could have eaten it for days. My partner said it was the best fish he’s ever eaten!
Would definitely go back to try more dishes.

Food and flavour here is awesome. Have had vegan options of their burgers twice and found them *really* good. Other dishes have been great too. Great bar inside with nice wine list. Nice place for something a little more original.

Incredible find! The Stoop had a wonderful array of interesting specials plus the menu is packed full of great dishes. 5 of us shared a range of delicious dishes for lunch. We had a couple of awesome bottles from a great list of local and foreign wines. Service was superb. Highly recommended!
