Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is weird. They don't give you food from the 2nd window, they ALWAYS ask you to drive around to the north door. There's always a line of cars behind the door waiting for their orders and an employee walks out the door down the line of cars to bring the food. It's not an issue I guess, but Why? What on earth could they benefit from that? It's kind of annoying. There's a window there for a reason.

I go there a few times a week through the drive thru and order 2 coffees. There is a female employee who works the 2nd window who INSISTS on giving me a drink carrier. I politely decline and she says I can't take it back. The first time she took it back. This time she threw it on the ground. SO I called the manager and the manager was RUDE and stated they have to use drink carriers. I said ask the person if they want one. Manager said they are not allowed to ask. How dumb, I have several cup holders in my car as I am sure you do too. It is irresponsible to waste those items. I won't be buying my coffee there anymore!

Ordered a cheeseburger meal pack which is obviously meant for 2 people to share, yet when I got my food via Uber eats and sat down and took it all out of the bag I was given just one solitary napkin........when did fast food places, especially McDonald's, become so stingy with napkins? Is there a tree shortage I'm not aware of?
