I just ordered through Uber today. When I got my delivery the driver told me that there was a "mix up" at the store and that they wrote me a note. The mix up was that they didn't have enough chocolate chip cookies so they substituted 4 of them with an m&m cookie and apologized twice in the note and asked me not to be upset with the driver for the mix up. I wasn't upset in the slightest. I just thought this was really sweet of the staff at Subway. I tried to call the store to tell them thank you, but got no answer, so I thought I would just leave a review here. The staff have always been amazing whenever I've come into the store as well.

Typical Subway restaurant. It's rather small but adequate. Parking can be a challenge so arrive early for lunch. The evening time isn't busy. There is no drive up.
The restaurant is clean. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so. It is amazing how many people I see here are from work which is three miles away.. The Washburn athletic staff dines here often as well as legislators. It's kind of an off beat place in the College Hill area.

Sandwich connoisseur was pleasant from the start and swiftly crafted my foot long spicy Italian, honestly my go to sandwich and I got it on the herb and cheese bread and I couldn't have been more pleased, it was the perfect combination of soft and crunchy. Will definitely be coming back again (probably been there 10 times before actually writing a review).

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They do the small things right, like heating up eggs before being toasted to make sure it's heated all the way through. Overall, its a nice and clean Subway

Nice old fashioned Subway without the drive thru. This happened to be a day that no subways with drive thrus were operation because of safety issues. Not sure why, but these folks made our sandwiches right.

Literally the worst sandwich. Spicy Italian with one thin slice per quarter of a sandwich. One jalapeno per quarter sandwhich. I think she was literally counting out as she spread out the veggies. I think I actually left hungrier than when I came in....will never return.

Went here today and have never had a better experience at any other restaurant. Josh gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had. Give this man his credit.

Great location in the food desert of central Topeka. Clean, nicely appointed store, friendly, knowledgeable staff, delicious subs and sandwiches.
