Terrible terrible! We ordered thru door dash & our dasher was so nice, it was his first day. But Subway got our order completely wrong. Sandwiches not toasted, completely different sandwiches than what we ordered, sandwich wrapper was ripped, sandwiches not cut & subway forgot to send our drinks & chips. Never ordering from this location again.

My husband and I ordered here tonight and were very disappointed. From burnt bread to our sandwiches missing the meat. I haven’t had an order this bad in a long time. I’ll be sure to not return to this location.

You guys can never get my order right ever time I go through here I say I'm going to give you guys another chance but man enough is enough. Everytime I go you can never get the toppings right, I ask for onions and you guys just pile onions on high and that's all you can taste, since when did we have to I pay $7 for two slices of meat on a footlong? Are we just going to eat bread? And when I ask for extra mayo I don't mean cover the whole sandwich in mayo. Please just train your employees better.

Most childish employees I've ever seen, one worker came in late wearing a very provocative dress an proceeded to make food with her friends behind the counter. While children are in the building may I add. There really needs to be an adult there, cause obviously these people are to immature to handle a simple sub. Not to mention the foul language around my children aswell. Things kids shouldn't hear period.

My husband ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and a spicy Italian melt. Both foot-longs And the girl that made it just shoved the sandwich in the bag and threw it into the microwave. Then she took it out with tongs and when we looked into the bag the sandwiches were just dismantled and all screwed up. The manager was nice about it and gave us a refund by gift card, not sure if we will get it because they had to mail it to us. . However the girl was very rude to her coworker and very disrespectful in general. Do not order melts here. They do not know what they’re doing. My sandwich I got all the meat was shoved to the side and it was way over toasted to the point the bread was crunchy. I only give two stars due to the manager handling the situation nicely.
Update: we never received a refund at all. So I would not recommend this place.

The food is good but two 12 inch sandwiches for $25 is a bit much. Worth going if you have a coupon.

They ask how many sandwiches I needed I told them 4, they had the buns but did not have the fixing. I wanted 3 meatball sandwiches, they only had enough barely for 2, so I had to get a different sandwich and the pizza sub barely had any sauce on it. I usually don't go to this Subway on 29th. But the one on Topeka blvd. Shut down the night before, because of storm. They said the store would be open at 6:00pm and when I went back. They said they were shut down for storm and all their employees were gone!!!

great employees, amazing service, clean nice overall place. the Wendys across the street should take some lessons. night shift 1/27/20.... AMAZING PEOPLE THERE manager should take notice
