I've ordered from this location over the phone twice and both times there was no issue. Now there's an older lady who answered the phone. She said I had to order online. I prefer to call to order because if they are out of something I want they can tell me and I can substitute/change my order. When I asked why the lady said "thank you" and hung up. That was a bit rude. She sounded like talking to me was the most miserable part of her day. A simple "the boss doesn't want us to take orders over the phone anymore" would have been fine. It's understandable if the higher ups want it the employees have no choice but to do it. Even if it was a lie I'd prefer that over them hanging the phone up when I ask a question.

Had a busy day of softball tournaments in Topeka . I ordered online. When I showed up to pickup sandwiches they hadn't even started my order. No problem , as I'm waiting the 2 working the line were arguing with each other non stop and the young man was very vulgar with his language . Will not go to this location again .

I'd give them 5 but it was mid lunch and they were out of a lot of things and the lady used the same knife to cut all sandwiches which is super disgusting due to the number of items on all of the different sandwiches. The 🍪🍪 we're amazing 🙂

They were out of all the bread except for wheat you can only get certain sandwiches because they didn't have the meat I only get something condiments because they were out yeah it was disgusting

Sandwich was so sloppy it was inedible without a fork. Ended up wearing half of it. Also, why would you not cut a 12 inch damned sandwich in half? Does that really need to be part of the instructions? This is the kind of thing that makes you a minimum wage sandwich maker not worth $15 an hour.

Only three stars.cuz they didn't have my order ready when I arrived and I specifically put in the notes to not put my dressing on the sandwich and they did the opposite. I hate soggy bread. ..
