Mcdonald's

The only thing I ordered was a large sweet tea I waited about 10 minutes and the girl who took my order finally turned around and said "omg I totally forgot" and was laughing... I just gave her a look to remind her how incompetent she is. Then she had the nerve to give me an attitude. Every time I go there I encounter a problem. Don't waste your time.

Ordered coffee, a sausage egg McMuffin, and a hash brown on my way to work just now. They only gave me my coffee told me I’d have to wait on the food because the hash brown wasn’t ready. They closed the window before I could ask for a refund. Waited five minute for my food that I payed for then had to leave so I wasn’t late for work.

The service here sucks ass. I take some people who were looking forward to a pleasant experience and hot food and they didn't get either. I call the manager and tell her about it she says she is sorry. But not once did we get offered fresh food. I had to come back and show them the food is cold and fries were only half full.

My honest opinion? Turn around and drive down young street to that location instead. The kids who work at this location are completely incompetent. There will be absolutely no one in line for the drive thru, and looking inside, there is no one in the dining area either. Yet, there is at least a 10 minute wait. The fries are always cold, and there is always something incorrect with our order. I worked at the young street location many years ago, so I'm well aware of how things are done in a McDonald's, and this location, is clearly incapable of doing it right. I would give zero stars if I could.

I waited for a half hour in the drive thru, only to have to knock on window and with a line of cars behind me. I'm usually patient and understanding when it comes to customer service, this was out of this world though. The staff were just standing around talking and not even handling orders. This was including the manager. This was very frustrating and when they came to the window they asked us "what!?" With attitude and said they didn't even know we had an order... Seriously!? What do you think we waited so damn long in a drive thru for? I wasn't leaving once you took my money. And to top it off, after spending over ten bucks, they didn't even take our order correctly and forgot two items, the ones for my son who was most important on that order we had. I will never go there again, and I would complain to management but they were standing there ignoring us just the same, laughing and talking w co-workers while the line was 6 cars deep. Also nobody at font counter so there was no excuse to just stand around. At least let us know if you're behind in the grill line if things are going slow, but to ignore for so long and even screw up the order after claim of no even knowing we had an order... Geez. You'd think they were all getting high.

Terrible terrible place. Ordered a dinner box and they didn't put beef on any of the sandwiches. I called and spoke to the manager Brandon he told me no problem next time I come just say that Brandon said to give you 2 free meals. So a week later I go in and the younger girl with a lot of makeup tells me she isn't going to do that and I would have to wait 40 mins for him to come back very ignorant. I will be contacting them directly
