This is the best fast food place. Not only was the service polite and fast, but the manager walked around and asked the guests was everything ok, how was your meal. I give them 10 stars. This is how fast food places should be. Great job. Oh ya, try the 2 for 6 deal. The chicken is awesome.

Delicious food big portions and worth the price. Only complaint i have is that sometimes the chicken is slightly uncooked. Other than that, perfect place to go for a quick bite!

Used to really enjoy Arby's. Ingredients at this location just aren't as fresh anymore. Also was surprised as how small their servings are nowadays. Ordered a 9-pc nugget and the nuggets used to the size of a 50-cent piece. Today, I ordered 9 and kid you not ... they were smaller than my thumb nail. Granted there were 9 of them but when you compare the size to what they were serving just a week or 2 ago, it was easily the equivalent to what used to be 3 or 4 nuggets. Hopefully a rare occurrence.

My fiancé & I are OTR team drivers. We stopped in to order the fish sandwich & curly fries. Food was so fresh & hot. Customer service was excellent as well & everyone was so pleasant. The manager Paul was very nice as well.

I went in to get stuff to take out. The kid at the register can't hear you order because they have a 3 inch thick plexiglass partition with no hole or anything to speak. Anyway we got past that and ordered. And I got my order home and I ordered to classic sandwich and the chicken strips meal. That sounds easy enough?? So I pull out my fingers and sauce and go to grab for fries and nowhere to be found and then it hits in the face that hadn't carried a drink in!!! The receipt says the to classic and I get 5 for 6 or something like that ?? I don't really eat fast food much and there are reasons like the ones I just explained???

Love Arby's roast beef (Giant) and would have given a 5-star rating but the floors were a little sticky. The overall appearance of the restaurant is good and the staff was excellent.

We caught the drivethru clerk by surprise ordering 6 two for six meals. But he repeated order to make sure asked us if we wanted anything else. I would've said hey how about any apple pies or drinks to catch us. I am a retired Head Store Mgr different Corp. I talk employees into signing up for managers training. One was a rookie red apron girl Augusta Ga district. 2 years later she has her own store! Janna is her name😊

Love this place usually. Its a Lil expensive but worth the extra splurge once in awhile. They normally have the best shakes ESP the orange creamsicle and totally worth the price. Im only giving 4 stars instead of 5 bcuz the shakes that I got were terrible and im not sure if that was bcuz the cashier was new and this must have been his first time making by himself. Normally I would have brought it back bcuz they were like water but I didn't notice until I was home n its a 15 min drive so I wasn't going all the way back and like I said normally they are FIRE so I will be back
