Hardee's

I chose 3 stars based on the service after ordering online. However, the chicken tenders are 5 stars. I ordered chicken tenders online & it said about 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I went thru the drive-thru & told them I had an online order & they told me to go to the window. Unfortunately, when I got to the window they told me they were making me fresh chicken tenders. My order should have been ready to go but instead I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my order. Therefore it took them 40 minutes to give me the chicken tenders that they said would take 15 minutes.

We stopped at this Hardee's in Tama after a concert at the local casino on June 10th, We put a simple order of a cheeseburger for her and a roast beef sandwich for me, other items on the menu we originally wanted we were told not available. We waited and waited and waited some more, over 30 minutes, we noticed everyone in the drive thru line were getting food as ahead of us, when we asked if went through the drive thru would we get served faster, we got ignored. Then we noticed a few that ordered after us got their food we asked where was our food? The person behind the counter immediately gave us back our money, no sorry, no nothing else! Definitely NEVER go there again!

I worked nightshift and stopped one hungry morning and ordered The Monster Biskit and a plain biskit(can't spell lol) and have been going back ever since.If you want a very filling,hot ,juicy and tasty breakfast this is a winner in every bite.And the freshbiskits with butter and grape jelly are a great mid morning treat.The biscuits are so fresh every day and are some of the best especially if you can be there at opening..But any time you buy this during breakfast you won't be disappointed.Also the gal that worked the window was always so sweet and pleasant Then John is also very nice and works so many hours it's always good to see him at drive threw cause you get hot fresh food and quick service he is the best...The only big complaint I have is that they don't do breakfast longer or all day would be great....

The lady had a crazy up swing with every word that she said, it was no big deal though I'm used to that my ex-girlfriend used to do that. My order was 100% accurate although the burger was a little bit sloppy. It made up for it and flavor and taste. I guess it's okay for a burger to be a bit sloppy if it's going to taste great. Really glad that I went for the small soda instead of the medium or large as soda isn't really that good for you.
