Taco Bell

Horrible customer service! One of the managers was leaning on the front counter when we walked in, looking at her phone. After walking up to the counter (we're the only ones in the restaurant), she said we had to order at the kiosk. We go over to order, and about 6 minutes after ordering, another employee filled our drink orders. After another 5 minutes or so, our food came out. Not friendly at all. This is by far the worst ran taco bell I've ever experienced!

Terrible. Crunchy beans in my nachos, burrito and no red sauce. Ordered cheese roll-up add meat X2. No meat on them. Went back to give a second chance and beans still crunchy. Asked for no meat on nacho bell grande and in addition they didn't give me sour cream or tomato either. Still no red sauce on burrito second trip. Call manager Nancy who wants me to come back a third time. Yeah no thanks. Terrible customer service skills.

If I could give negative stars I would! I stopped inside after traveling to grab something quick and take a break from driving. One employee told me to order on the kiosk, but in the middle of my order another employee comes out to tell me "that's only for Door Dash" and walks away saying "we don't have enough people to serve the inside." Why are the doors open then?! My money spent very well at Burger King and they got a big laugh saying it wasn't the first time they heard that. Shame on you Taco Bell. You lost another customer. Shame!

I ordered 30$ worth of food online so I could pick it up fast. The lady behind the counter gave me the wrong food and then mine was cold. I went to go get my drinks from the machine in the lobby and it had no soda water only syrup coming out of it. I don't know why I order fast food on the east side🤮

The absolute worst Taco Bell location Ive been to. Ive had countless bad experiences here to even name at this point. This location is only 2 miles from my house, and I'll drive 5 miles away to the next closest location just to avoid the slow service, the rude workers, and the cold, slapped together versions of the menu. Save yourself some time and energy, and just go somewhere else.

It was garbage got charged for onions and extra onions and the wait was crazy long never go there again ever and on top of it all it came up to 22.00 smh didn't order a pop girl at the window said keep it she's a loss on her shift I know her friends get free food I'm good trust me I call it how I see it look at my other reviews
