Taco Bell

Did not have the ingredients to make my order correctly and then was given the wrong bag/order. When I got home my order was still in correct. And I got not 1 "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I'm sorry for your wait or sorry we are out of ingredients " the drive thru cashier was so dry. No smile, she just seemed annoyed I wanted my order correct. And this was the second taco bell I tried because the first drive thru told me 'they weren't taking orders only door dash and mobile app right now' And not one worker seemed to care about the inconvenience

They gave us a taco with only meat. Also we were missing a 5 layer. Then we called and the night shift manager told me I was wrong and that she made them her self and to never come back to the store. Then she flipped me off. I think corporate is going to resolve the issue but I've never seen that level of incompetence.

Went to the drive-thru place my order, get up to the drive-thru window notice that one of the items I was missing before I left I asked them about the item. They said that I'd have to go all the way back around through the drive-thru to place a order again. Poor customer service, why would I have to drive all the way back through for an item that I already placed?

Usually Taco Bell at almost all locations I have been to, is good, with same quality, quantity and taste. But this location on the other side, is different. I am not happy with the quantity or quality of the food. Rice is stiff as if it’s just been taken out of refrigerator and taco shell is bad, and the order is prepared totally disinterested.I hope this is just a one time thing happened out of rush or some reason else.

Only time I have been to this location since living in Toledo. One of the only Taco Bells open at 3am the night I ordered. Took about 6 minutes to order and leave with my food. Crew was fast and polite, and I received all the correct items with the options I requested. One of the better fast food experiences I have had in the past 6 months+.
