Arby's

Last week on the 21st Arby's stole $30 from me and is refusing to give it back. I ordered $70 worth of food for my family on the Arby's website, went to go pick it up and they were out of several items I ordered (and also forgot several items). They acted like it was my fault for ordering items they don't have in store but do have listed on their website. They refused to refund me at the store (told me to get my refund on the app- which is not where I placed the order). It's been over a week and despite multiple phone calls and emails, Arby's has done nothing! Do not patronize these thieves!

Pulled into this location for a doordash order and had 5 cars in line. I told the employee I was here for a doordash order and they told me it was still being prepared. I asked if I could pull around and they could walk it out when it was done as the lobby was closed and I don't see why I would wait for 5 people to get their order if mine was done. I was told to pull around to the back door and they would bring it out. Waited 10 minutes after the last car left and then had to pull around again and ask for my order. I will not be going to this location ever again.
